We are looking for reliable cleaners for our holiday apartments in Kulmbach, Bayreuth and Wirsberg, on a mini-job basis. Your job is to get the apartments ready so that our guests can enjoy their stay.

Working hours:
- Flexible between 10:00 and 15:00

Working days:
- Flexible, agreed week by week
- Weekdays only or weekends only, whichever you prefer

Pay:
- 15 € per hour on weekdays
- 16 € per hour on Sundays and public holidays

Place of work:
- All apartments are centrally located in Kulmbach, Bayreuth and Wirsberg

Equipment:
- Every apartment has a cupboard with all the cleaning supplies and the bed linen you need

Your tasks:
- Cleaning the apartments to our standards
- Changing bed linen and towels
- Restocking consumables such as soap and toilet paper

What you should bring:
- Experience in cleaning is a plus, and newcomers are just as welcome
- Reliability and thoroughness
- Working independently

Everything runs through our own app on your smartphone, and it holds all you need for your jobs. We all work with it, so it is part of the job here, and it makes the work a lot easier:
- Your plan: you can always see which apartment is due when, and what needs doing there
- Your time: you tap start and finish yourself. Your working time is recorded properly and paid exactly that way
- Your access: the codes for the front door, cleaning cupboard and store are always with you, so you can get started right away
- Your schedule: you enter when you are available. Extra jobs are yours only if you want them
- Holiday and sick notes: a few taps, right in the app
- Damage: take one photo and you are done. We take care of the rest
- Your documents: you can read the briefings and work instructions whenever you like

Work in your own language:
We built the app so that everyone can work in their own language, jobs, working times and briefings included. Today that is 12 languages: German, English, Polish, Romanian, Hungarian, Croatian, Serbian, Albanian, Bulgarian, Czech, Russian and Ukrainian. Would you like another language? Nova Wohnraum Oberfranken GmbH

We look after around 70 residential units in Kulmbach, Bayreuth and Wirsberg — mostly renovated period buildings that we let furnished. We are looking for support with maintenance and with renovation work between two tenancies.

Place of work:
- Kulmbach, Bayreuth and Wirsberg — all apartments are centrally located
- Manageable jobs in individual apartments

Working hours:
- Mini-job with around 7 hours a week, or part-time, your choice
- Hours agreed with you
- Weekend work is common with us
- Daytime working hours

Pay:
- 20.00 € gross per hour

Your tasks, depending on what you can do:
- Small repairs: light bulbs, fittings, silicone joints, dripping taps, adjusting doors and windows
- Painting and wallpapering, touching up after a move-out
- Filling and plastering
- Tiling in bathrooms and kitchens
- Carpentry work
- Flooring: laying laminate and vinyl, fitting skirting boards
- Assembling furniture: kitchens, beds, wardrobes
- Small drywall work
- Checking, documenting and reporting damage
- Getting the apartment ready for the next residents

Part of it is already enough for us. If you have one speciality, tiling, carpentry or plastering for example, you are just as welcome.

What you should bring:
- Practical hands-on experience, with a completed apprenticeship if you have one
- A category B driving licence, because the apartments are spread over three towns
- A willingness to work with our app on your smartphone
- Reliability and the ability to work on your own
