Three properties, twelve months, real accounts

Instead of glossy forecasts we publish complete 12-month results — three properties from the operator's own portfolio, from a small workers' apartment to a large holiday apartment. Every table ends with the line that matters: the owner's share. We deliberately do not name the individual apartments — the numbers are real, discretion towards guests and neighbours remains.

Questions about the case studies

Are these real numbers?

Yes — the 12-month accounts of three properties from the operator's own portfolio, with the same line items owner partners receive monthly. Period: August 2025 to July 2026. We deliberately omit the property names; in a personal conversation we open the books.

Can I expect the same results?

Not automatically — location, size, amenities and category decide. The case studies show the realistic range: from a small workers' apartment with near-permanent occupancy to a large holiday apartment with higher revenue and higher costs.
